1 – 2 – 1 Consultations

Let’s face it, sometimes computers are just overwhelming! What you need is to sit down with someone face to face and go through the problem, and be shown what to do so everything makes sense.

Don’t worry, our technicians are here to help you.

We offer pre-bookable consultations in 30 minute slots in our shop. Priced at £45 per half hour, you will have undivided attention to discuss your concerns.

  • Apple & Window Laptops and PC’s

  • Changing operating systems

  • Setting up emails

  • Recovering lost passwords

  • Setting up a new computer

  • New phones or iPad

Please call us or send a message to arrange a convenient time and we will book you in. Once confirmed we will send you a pre-consultation questionnaire. This is for you to give us an idea of how we can help you best and time is not wasted explaining the issues on the day.

PLEASE NOTE

Consultations are not to discuss repairs. They still need to be booked in with us. If the problems you are having are due to a mechanical fault or failure, that will need to be rectified prior to the consultation.
