When you come to us with a repair we will book you in we will and give you a job card as a receipt for your device and advice you of any lead time. When we diagnose a fault we will let you know of any costs involved before we go ahead with your repair. Throughout the repair, we will keep you posted.
Once repaired we will always contact you and advise you it’s ready for collection. Please arranged to collect your repair as soon as possible.
Repairs will be kept for no more than 3 months. If they are not collected after this time they will be recycled or destroyed.
We take extreme care of your data, however, it is your responsibility to let us know if you have important documents or photographs. We cannot be held responsible for any data that is lost or corrupted during repair and urge you to back up regularly and especially before brining your device in for repair. Similarly, any data held outside of your user profiles and not declared may not be saved.
Customer data is kept for a maximum of seven days’ post collection, so please check you have all of your data immediately. No existing programmes can be copied from device to device. You will need to download them again and re-enter passwords.
