The type of personal information we collect

When you agree to a repair or purchase from our store we collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• Name and title, mobile and/or home telephone numbers. Email address and occasionally home address.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• When you book in a repair we will take your personal details and issue you with a receipt for your purchase or repair which you sign as an agreement between us.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• If you email us we will have your email address.
• We use the information that you have given us in order to advise you of updates to your repair or to request further information or advise of completion.

We will not share this information with anyone else unless requested by law.

We protect your personal information we take all reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep personal data for an indefinite time securely on our online database. We do not keep your digital data following data recovery or repair. Customer devices are kept on site securely in locked cupboards.
